Quality Service Charter 2022 – 2024 and Action Plan

HIQA has published a new Quality Service Charter for the purpose of informing people on the level of service they can expect from HIQA. The Charter sets out our commitment to engaging with our stakeholders in line with the Principles of Quality Customer Service for Customers and Clients of the Public service.



Aligned to the Quality Service Charter, we also published an action plan which includes specific and measurable targets aimed at developing and improving aspects of our interactions with those who engage with us for whatever purpose. We will publish updates on our response to the action plan.
